The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicants Husnera Bibi @ Usnara and two others seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.175 of 2023, under Sections 366, 344, 376(2)n, 328 IPC and Section 3/5(1) of the U.P. Prohibition of Unlawful Conversation of Religion Act, 2021, Police Station Duddhi, District Sonbhadra.
It is submitted that bail has been granted to the co-accused-Usman Shah @ Kallu by the Bench of Hon'ble Deepak Verma, J. vide order dated 05.03.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 7614 of 2024.
Office to place this case before the appropriate Bench as a fresh case at an early date.
