- The present application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant in Case Crime No. 119 of 2024, under Sections 376D, 377, 269, 337, 506, 328 I.P.C., Police Station Charthawal, District Muzaffarnagar.
- After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to the applicant to surrender and apply for regular bail.
- In view of the above, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
