Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Neeraj Kumar Sharma, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

The present application has been filed with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant- Gaurav in Case Crime No. 310 of 2021, under Sections 420, 120-B, IPC, Police Station Kotwali Hathras, District- Hathras.

After arguing the matter at some length, Sri Sanjay Kumar Dubey, counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the present bail application with liberty to the applicant to file regular bail application before the Court of competent jurisdiction.

In view of the above, this application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to surrender before the concerned court and file regular bail application, which shall be decided in the light of decision rendered in Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No (s) 5191 of 2021 decided on 07.10.2021.
