On the matter being taken up, learned A.G.A. submits that he has not received instructions in the present case.
Accordingly, put up this case as a fresh case on 23.8.2024 before appropriate Bench.
Learned A.G.A. shall ensure that instruction are received by him before 23.8.2024, failing which, Court shall be constrained to summon the concerned S.P/S.S.P as well as the Investigating Officer on the next date fixed after 23.8.2024.
As the matter has been adjourned only on account of fact that learned A.G.A. has not received instruction, it is necessary that interest of applicant be also protected. Accordingly, it is provided that the applicant shall not be arrested in Case No. 20 of 2006 under sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 477A, 120B/34 IPC and 13(2) Prevention of Corruption Act, Police Station- Haldi, District Ballia till 23.8.2024.
Copy of the order be supplied to learned A.G.A. forthwith.
