22.09.2022. The applicants failed to appear. Consequently, bailable and non-bailable warrants have been issued on 16.02.2023 and 15.07.2024 respectively. The applicants are well aware of the pending proceedings. The issuance of coercive measures against the applicants by the trial court has also not been disputed by the counsel for the applicants.
