Issue notice to respondent no.2.
As per the version of the First Information Report only Akeel was beaten. The statement of Akeel under Section 161 Cr.P.C. denies the prosecution story and a massive improvement has been made wherein it has been said that he was not injured. No medical of Akeel has been conduced rather his brother Shakeel, who is admitted in Sitapur Hospital has suffered injures. Shakeel, who is alleged to be injured, has again improved the prosecution story and has said that Abid Ali was also injured. He submits that Abid Ali has suffered injuries which is simple in nature whereas Shakeel has suffered one lacerated wound. In the x-ray report undisplaced fracture in left parital bone of skull has been found.
