The present bail application has been filed with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant- Ankit Nishad @ Nishad Ankit in Complaint Case No. 19 of 2021, under Section 376 (3) I.P.C. and Section 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Jafarabad, DistrictJaunpur.
After arguing the matter at some length, Sri Pankaj Kuamr, counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the present application with liberty to the applicant to surrender and apply for regular bail.
In view of the above, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
