Applicant has filed this application under Section 483 Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance of directions to the trial court to expedite the trial of Case No. 11110 of 2010; titled State vs. Hafizshah @ Safi and others, arising out of Case Crime No. 393 of 2006, under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 420 IPC, Police Station Shikohabad, District Firozabad, in a stipulated period.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for applicant does not press this application and prays for withdrawal.
