Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record.

The present application has been filed by the applicant to direct the court concerned to decide the Case No. 752 of 2023; (Shweta Gupta vs. Suneel Prasad) under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Krishna Nagar, District Lucknow. pending before it, expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that only prayer of the applicants is that a direction may be issued to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously.

Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the applicant.

In view of the above, without entering into merits of the case, I hereby direct learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Lucknow to decide the Case No. 752 of 2023; (Shweta Gupta vs. Suneel Prasad) under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Krishna Nagar, District Lucknow. pending before him/her, expeditiously in accordance with law without giving any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

In view of the aforesaid terms, the application U/s 483 Cr.P.C. stands disposed of.

District authorities are also directed to ensure presence of witnesses as well as accused persons before the trial Court as the matter is related to the year 2023.
