The present application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for the following main relief:-

"Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct Learned Additional Session Judge, Court No. 1, Lakhimpur Kheri to decide the Criminal Case No. 3359 of 2000; (State Vs. Dharam Chandra Jain and others) arising out of charge sheet no. 186 of 2000 dated 22.08.2000 in pursuance of case crime/First Information Report No. 51 (160) of 2000 dated 11.07.2000 in Under Section 174, 145, 146, 151, 147, 436, 427 I.P.C. of Police Station GRP Lakhimpur, District Kheri, within any stipulated period of time as this Hon'ble Court may deemed fit, just and proper, in the interest of Justice."

On being confronted in view of language couch under Section 483 Cr.P.C. regarding maintainability of the present application, learned Counsel for the applicant says that she may be permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to avail remedy as available to her under law.

To the aforesaid prayer, learned AGA has no objection.

Accordingly, the present application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.

Office is directed to return back all the certified copies of order and documents, annexed in the present petition, to the learned Counsel for the applicant, if she applies for the and submit the copies of same.
