Applicant-Complainant has approached this Court through this application under Section 483 Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance of directions to the Additional Sessions Judge-IInd, Shahjahanpur to expedite and conclude the proceedings of Special Case No. 151 of 2019, titled State Vs. Arvind Yadav and another, arising out of Case Crime No. 145 of 2019, under Sections 376, 452, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Nigohi, District Shahjahanpur in a stipulated period.
After submission of charge sheet under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C., the trial commenced and prosecution has examined some of its witnesses and in all there are nine prosecution witnesses.
Thus, considering the above background, no case is made out for issuing the directions for expeditious disposal of the trial.
The application fails and is hereby dismissed.
