Applicant has approached this Court through this application under Section 483 Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance of directions to the Additional Civil Judge (J.D.)4/ J.M., Etawah to expedite and conclude the proceedings of Complaint Case No. 7246 of 2019, titled Abhishek Jain Vs. Ashu Malhotra, Police Station Kotwali, District Etawah in a stipulated period.
Concededly, the process against the accused has not been issued so far in the complaint filed by the complainantapplicant, therefore, no case is made out for expediting pending proceedings. However, it shall be open for the complainant to press his prayer before the trial court. Disposed of.
