Applicant has approached this Court through this application under Section 483 Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance of directions to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gautam Buddh Nagar to expedite and conclude the proceedings of Case No. 812 of 2023, titled Rachna and another Vs. Praveen, under Section 125 Cr.P.C. in a stipulated period. Concededly, the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. was filed on 25th September, 2023 and after appearance of the opposite party in November, 2023, the parties were relegated to the mediation center.
No exceptional ground is made out for issuing the directions for expeditious disposal of the trial . The application fails and is hereby dismissed.
