Ayushi vs. Ashish Nagar and others, under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, Police Station Surajpur, District Gautam Budh Nagar, in a stipulated period.
After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for applicant-complainant does not press this application and prays for withdrawal.
