"It is, therefore, most respectfully that this Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased to allow the present Criminal Misc. Application and quash the entire criminal proceeding of Case No. 1011 of 2019 (State Vs. Vinay Kumar and another), in pursuance of charge sheet dated 22.04.2019 submitted in case crime No. 012 of 2019, Under Section 323, 504, 452, 354(kha) of Indian Penal Code against the Applicants, Police Station Chakiya, District Chandauli, arising out of Summoning order dated 15.02.2024 passed by Learned Judicial Magistrate, chakiya, Chandauli.
It is further prayed that this Hon'ble court may be pleased to stay the further proceeding of Case No. 1011 of 2019 (State Vs. Vinay Kumar and another), in pursuance of charge sheet dated 22.04.2019 submitted in case crime No. 012 of 2019, Under Section 323, 504, 452, 354(kha) of Indian Penal Code against the Applicants, Police Station Chakiya, District Chandauli, arising out of Summoning order dated 15.02.2024 passed by Learned Judicial Magistrate, Chakiya, Chandauli, otherwise the Applicants shall suffer irreparable loss and injury. and or may pass such other order as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstance of the present case, in favour of the Applicants."
show that he has signed as one of the applicants, the same does not qualify to the procedure of filing a petition on behalf of a minor. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the same is his fault in doing so. He prays that the petition be dismissed as withdrawn as he shall file a better petition.
