"Wherefore it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the impugned order dated 03.08.2024 passed by the court of Sessions Judge Pratapgarh in Criminal Appeal No.73/2024 "Shashikant Dwivedi and others vs. State of U.P. and another (except the direction issued to the opposite party no.2 for payment of Rs.15,000/- to the petitioner within 15 days from the date of order) contained as annexure no.1 to this petition."
