Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in criminal history of the applicant, total 5 criminal cases have been registered, details of which are as under:-

(i) Case Crime No. 38/2024, under Section 394 I.P.C., Police Station- Baddupur, District Barabanki;

(ii) Case Crime No. 265/2024, under Section 307, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police StationSafdarganj, District Barabanki;

(iii) Case Crime No. 198/2024, under Section 3(1) of UP Gangster Act, Police Station- Baddupur, District Barabanki;

(iv) Case Crime No. 210/2024, under Section 392/411 I.P.C., Police Station- Safdarganj, District Barabanki;

(v) Case Crime No. 266/2024, under Section 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station- Safdarganj, District Barabanki;

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that furnishing of two sureties in all 5

different cases is almost impracticable as the applicant is facing hardship and he will not be able to arrange the same to get bail.

It is further submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that in similar circumstances, namely, in the case of Hani Nishad @ Mohammad Imran @ Vikky Vs. The State of Uttar Pradesh [SLP (Crl.) No.8914-8915/2018) the Hon'ble Apex Court vide order dated 29.10.2018 has permitted the petitioner/applicant to submit personal bonds and two sureties of heavy amount to hold good in all the cases.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the application (u/s 482 Cr.P.C.) is disposed of and it is directed that the applicant shall furnish a personal bond and two sureties in one case which shall be treated to be valid in all other cases wherein the bail order has been passed.
