Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. appearing for the State-respondents.
After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to pursue other remedies that may be available to him under law.
Learned A.G.A. does not have any objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
