The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant-Kailash Nath Gupta with the prayer to direct the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghazipur to conclude the trial of Criminal Case No.70603 of 2023, arising out of Case Crime No.0195/2023, u/s 193 IPC, P.S. Kotwali, District Ghazipur pending before C.J.M. Ghazipur expeditiously/within time bound period.
