Heard Ravindra Kumar Yadava, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent and Shri Mohammad Irfan Siddiqui, learned counsel appearing for the private respondent.
Shri Ravindra Kumar Yadava, learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing at some length, states that he does not intend to press on with the instant petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy as may be available to them.
Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
