of 2024 has been filed challenging the one of the conditions imposed in the bail order dated 10.01.2023 whereby applicant was directed to pay a sum of Rs. 13 Lakhs to the first informant within a period of two months from the date of his release.
perusal of record, this Court finds that objections raised by the learned A.G.A. in opposition to these application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. could not be dislodged by the learned counsel for applicant with reference to the record and therefore no good ground is made out to entertain these applications.
