Order on Time Extension Application no. 1 of 2024.

Heard Ms. Sushma Devi, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Rajeev Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State.

The instant application has been filed by the applicant seeking two weeks further time to deposit a sum of Rs. 1,55,000/- before the Mediation Centre of this Court in terms of the order dated 10.4.2024.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to some personal difficulty the applicant could not comply with the order dated 10.4.2024 and now the demand draft of Rs. 1,55,000/favouring the Registrar General, Allahabad High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre is ready, therefore, he seeks a week's time to submit the same before the Mediation Centre.

In view thereof, the time extension application is allowed .

The applicant is directed to deposit the aforesaid Demand Draft of Rs. 1,55,000/- with the Mediation Centre within one week from today.

After deposit of the amount as stipulated above, the Mediation Centre shall proceed in the matter in accordance with the directions issued by this Court vide order dated 10.4.2024.

Put up this matter along with report of the Mediation Centre on 5.11.2024.
