Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

Vakalatnama filed by Sri Mohd. Sharan, Advocate on behalf of respondent No.2 is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the parties jointly state that the parties have entered into a compromise, a copy of which is placed on record as Annexure-6.

¶5

Considering the aforesaid, the parties may appear before the court concerned on 29.08.2024 i.e. the date suggested by the learned counsel for the parties, for verification of the compromise.

¶6

The learned trial Court shall verify the factum of compromise arrived at between the parties.

¶7

In view of the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of.

¶8

Till 29.08.2024 or verification of the compromise, no coercive step shall be taken against the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned proceedings.

It would be open for the parties to approach this Court in case any cause of action arises.

¶10

Let copy of the original compromise deed be returned to the learned counsel for the parties after retaining a photocopy thereof on record as per rules.
