Heard Shri Kunwar Ravi Prakash, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the respondents.
After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for applicant prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the application with liberty to raise all objections before learned court below which may be considered in accordance with law.
Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant.
Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
