Sri Shubash Singh, Advocate holding brief of Sri Indu Prakash Singh, learned counsel for the applicants after arguing at some length submits that he does not want to press with the instant application and prays that the same may be rejected as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh application.
Accordingly, the instant application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C is rejected with the aforesaid liberty.
