Irfan, Advocate holding brief of Sri Kumar Ayush, learned counsel for the applicant after arguing at some length submits that he does not want to press with the instant appeal and prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to pursue other remedy as may be available to him.
Accordingly, the instant appeal is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
