Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

Vakalatnama filed by Sri Vishwanath Pratap Singh, Advocate on behalf of respondent No.2 to 6 is taken on record.

Instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C.-528 B.N.S.S. has been filed by the petitioners for quashing of the Charge-sheet No.9A/2015 dated 27.05.2015 as well as entire proceedings of Case No.3086 of 2015 arising out of Case Crime No.22 of 2015 under Sections 147, 452, 323, 504, 506, 336, 325 IPC, 3(1)(x) S.C./S.T. Act.

Learned counsel for the parties jointly state that the parties have entered into a compromise dated 05.08.2024, a copy of which is placed on record as Annexure-4.

Considering the aforesaid, the parties may appear before the court concerned on the date fixed for verification of the compromise.

¶10

The learned trial Court shall verify the factum of compromise arrived at between the parties.

¶11

In view of the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of .

¶12

It would be open for the parties to approach this Court in case any cause of action arises.

¶13

Let copy of the original compromise deed be returned to the learned counsel for the parties after retaining a photocopy thereof on record as per rules.
