Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA for respondent no.1 and Sri Shyamendra Singh,learned counsel, who files Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no.2.

With the consent of learned counsels for the parties, the matter is being finally decided.

Instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C./528 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed praying for quashing of the entire criminal proceedings of Complaint Case No.2103 of 2019, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 392 IPC, Police Station Sidhauli, District Sitapur.

The contention of learned counsels for the contesting parties is that after filing a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. No.8405 of 2019 in re: Ram Naresh Maurya and another vs. State of U.P. and another, the parties had entered into a compromise vide compromise deed dated 09.07.2024, which had been brought on record of the aforesaid case on the basis of which this Court vide order dated 24.07.2024, a copy of which is Annexure-2 to the petition, had required the aforesaid compromise to be verified by the learned court. It is contended that the learned court vide order dated 05.08.2024, a copy of which is Annexure-1 to the petition, has verified the said compromise. It is further contended that in terms of the said compromise the entire proceedings of the aforesaid complaint case be quashed.

Considering the order of this Court dated 24.07.2024 as well as the compromise deed dated 09.07.2024, which has been duly verified by the learned court vide order dated 05.08.2024, and that the learned counsels for the contesting parties state that there is no further dispute subsists between the parties, present petition is allowed and the entire proceedings of the aforesaid complaint case are quashed.
