Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and Shri Suresh Chandra Tiwari, learned counsels for the respondents.

Shri Suresh Chandra Tiwari, on the basis of instructions, states that respondent no. 2 is willing to go before mediation center of this Court in order to settle the dispute.

Considering the aforesaid let the parties appear before mediation center of this Court on 26.09.2024 which is the date suggested by both learned counsels appearing for the parties.

Let the mediation center of this Court make an endeavor to submit its report within next 8 weeks.

List this case in the week commencing 25.11.2024 as fresh indicating the name of Shri Suresh Chandra Tiwari in the cause list from the side of respondents.

Let an amount of Rs 50000/- be remitted by Office to Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court within a week of which an amount of Rs 45000/- be released in favour of respondent no. 2 on her first appearance before Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court.

Interim order, if any, shall continue till the next date of listing.
