Sri Manoj Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant after arguing at some length submits that he does not want to press the instant application and prays that the same may be rejected as withdrawn with the liberty to avail other remedies as may be available to him
Accordingly, the instant application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C is rejected as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
Certified copy of the order be returned back to the learned counsel for the applicant as per rules after retaining the photocopy of the same on record.
