2. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file an application for discharge through counsel before the Court below.
3. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners.
4. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
