Sri Durgesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, after arguing at some length states that he does not intend to press the petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file appropriate discharge application before the court concerned.
Considering the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
It is further provided that in case discharge application is filed within two weeks before the concerned court then the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law after hearing all the parties concerned, provided there is no legal impediment.
