"1. Heard Shri Kapil Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Prem Prakash Tiwari, learned A.G.A. for the State. No one appears on behalf of the opposite party no. 2
2. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in terms of the order dated 13.5.2024 passed by this Court, the applicant no. 1 and the opposite party no. 2 are residing together as husband and wife and they have settled their dispute amicably. He therefore seeks and is granted two weeks to produce the settlement arrived at between the parties.
3. Put up this matter on 13.9.2024, as fresh.
