Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A., learned counsel for opposite party no.2 and perused the record.

The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the applicant to quash the impugned charge sheet no.01 dated 20.09.2021 as well as summoning order dated 10.02.20222 passed in Criminal Case No.25636 of 2022, arising out of Case Crime No.0038 of 2021, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Mishrik, District Sitapur and quashing the entire criminal proceedings of Criminal Case No.25636 of 2022 (State Vs. Vikram Gupta & others), pending before learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- I, Sitapur.

Learned Counsel for the parties submitted that parties have settled the dispute involved in this case amicably outside the Court and have also entered into a compromise. A copy of compromise deed dated 24.09.2024, is on record as Annexure No.SA-1 to the supplementary affidavit filed today.

Considering the facts as indicated in the present application as also the supplementary affidavit filed today, it appears that the parties have settled their dispute amicably, which is matrimonial in nature and the opposite party no.2 does not want to continue the proceedings in issue against the applicants.

In view of above, Office is directed to place the matter before Senior Registrar of this Court on 27.09.2024 for the purposes of verification of the compromise entered into between the parties. The parties are directed to appear before the Senior Registrar on the said date, i.e. 27.09.2024 .

List/put up this case before this Court on 01.10.2024 .

Till the next date of listing, the proceedings in issue against the applicant shall be kept in abeyance.
