Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant wants to settle the matter with the respondent no.2. He prays that in case the matter is referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court in all likelihood the dispute can be settled amicably between the parties.
In view of the above, let notice be issued to respondent no.2, who shall appear before this Court to give his consent for mediation so that the matter may be referred to Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court.
