Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for respondent State.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicant no.1 is the daughter-in-law of the respondent no.2. Earlier an First Information Report was registered by the applicant no.1 against her in laws, which was registered as Case Crime No.126 of 2015 under Section 323, 504, 506, 294, 354, 498-A Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Raipurwa, District Kanpur Nagar. As a counter blast the impugned proceedings under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. have been lodged which have been registered as Complaint Case No.3312 of 2018. He submits that perusal of the statement of the complainant under Section 200 Cr.P.C. shows that general and sweeping allegations have been made against all the family members/relative of the applicant no.1 only to exert pressure. The proceedings are nothing but abuse of process of law.

Prima facie, the matter requires consideration.

Let notice be issued to respondent no.2.

Till the next date of listing, the impugned order dated 2.8.2023 passed in Criminal Revision No.252 of 2022 (Smt. Swati and others vs. State of U.P. and another), order dated 28.7.2018 passed in Complaint Case No.3312 of 2018 (Smt. Munni Devi vs. Smt. Swati and others) including further proceedings thereof, shall remain stayed.
