Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed for quashing the charge-sheet dated 7.2.2020 in Case Crime No.386 of 2019, under Section 147,148,394,353,332,504,506 Indian Penal Code, Police Station Lonar, District Hardoi and the summoning order dated 30.11.2023 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Hardoi and further proceedings of Case No.44854 of 2023.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicants submits that they may be permitted to move an application for discharge through counsel and the same may be decided by the trial court in a time bound manner.
In view of the above, it is provided that in case, the applicants move an appropriate application for discharge through counsel before the concerned trial court within a period of fifteen days' from today, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law, by the concerned trial court within a period of four months, thereafter.
With the aforesaid directions, this petition is finally disposed of.
