1.Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State on this criminal revision filed against order dated 13.3.2024, passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Sitapur in Crl. Misc. Case No.1358 of 2022 Smt. Archana Devi and another versus Ajay Singh alias Lucky under section 125 CrPC, whereby the revisionist has been directed to pay a sum of Rs.3000/- per month to private respondent No.2 and Rs.2000/- per month to his son, respondent No.3 herein, from the date of the order, as interim maintenance, and perused the record.

2.Notice to respondents No.2 and 3 is dispensed with in view of the proposed order.

3.It is not in dispute that respondent No.2 is legally wedded wife of the revisionist and respondent No.3 is his son. They are living separately. Considering the fact that respondent No.2 is the legally wedded wife of the revisionist and respondent No.3 is the revisionist's son as also keeping in view that the respondent No.2 is not in a position to feed herself and raise her minor child, the Family Court has passed the order of interim maintenance.

4.On due consideration to the submission advanced, perusal of the record as also the order impugned, I find no illegality or infirmity in the impugned order.

5.The revision, being devoid of merit, is dismissed.
