It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to stay the further proceedings and Non Bailable Warrant and 82 Cr.P.C. proceedings issued against the applicant in Sessions Trial No. 10A of 2011, arising out of Case Crime No. 352 of 1996 under Sections 409, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B I.P.C. and under Section 13(1)(2) Prevention of Corruption Act, Police Station- Kotwali, District Azamgarh, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge Anti Corruption Court No. 3, Gorakhpur State vs. Moti Lal and others, during pendency of the present 482 of Cr.P.C. application before this Hon'ble Court, otherwise the applicant will suffer irreparable loss and injury.
