In the interest of justice, the instant application is being decided with the assistance of Shri Vibhav Anand Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent.

By means of the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jaunpur to commit the proceedings of Case No.15718 of 2024 titled State v. Ajay Yadav & others, arising out of Case Crime No.143 of 2024, under sections 307, 308, 336, 323, 504, 506 IPC and section 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Kerakat, District Jaunpur, to the court of Sessions within stipulated time.

On perusal of the record, it transpires that the FIR was registered on 27.4.2024, and completion of the investigation, the charge sheet was filed against the applicant. Thereafter, the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance on the charge sheet on 29.7.2024.

Court finds no substance to the contentions raised in the instant application. No good ground has been found as to why the applicant's case be given priority over and above the other cases pending disposal before the concerned court.

The application has no force, and is accordingly, dismissed.
