Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for opposite party no.1 State.

Application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking a direction to the court concerned for expeditious disposal of Special Session Trial No.155 of 2019 (State Versus Vicky @ Sunil and Ors.) arising out of Case Crime No.320 of 2019, under Sections 147,148, 149, 364, 302, 307, 120-B IPC and Section 3(2)(5) of SC./S.T. Act, Police Station-Loni, District Ghaziabad pending in the Court of learned Additional District/Special Judge, S.C./S.T. Act, Ghaziabad in the light of provisions of Section 14 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Learned counsel for applicant submits that although charges were framed earlier in February 2020, as yet the status of trial is only at the stage of deposition of P.W. 1 with a total of 12 prosecution witnesses indicated in the charge-sheet. It is submitted that since the matter pertains to Section 302 IPC, expedite orders are required to be passed.

Considering submissions advanced by learned counsel for applicant and upon perusal of ordersheet, trial court is directed to conclude the Special Session Trial No.155 of 2019 (State Versus Vicky @ Sunil and Ors.) arising out of Case Crime No.320 of 2019, under Sections 147,148, 149, 364, 302, 307, 120-B IPC and Section 3(2)(5) of SC./S.T. Act, Police Station-Loni, District Ghaziabad expeditiously without granting any undue adjournment to either party. This

order shall be subject of cooperation by the trial court in early conclusion of trial proceeding.

In view of aforesaid direction, the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. stands disposed of .
