Learned counsel for applicant pointed out that parties have settled their dispute with regard to the offences under Sections 452, 335, 323, 504, 506, 427 of IPC on 17.10.2024.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the prosecution has not examined any witness till today.
Learned counsel for the applicants prays for and is granted three weeks' time to file supplementary affidavit annexing original complete compromise.
Put up this case on 19.2.2025, as fresh.
Till the next date of listing, further proceedings of Case No. 399 of 2000 (State v. Vipra Nath and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 190 of 1999, under Sections 452, 335, 323, 504, 506, 427 of IPC, Act Police Station Utraon, District Allahabad along with impugned orders dated 31.08.2024 and 27.09.2024, shall remain stayed, against the the applicants.
