Learned counsel for both the parties submitted that parties settled their dispute arising out of offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 of I.P.C. on the basis of compromise dated 04.03.2024. A certified copy of the compromise is on record at page no. 92 to 95 of the paper book.

Till the next date of listing proceedings of Criminal Case No. 23942 of 2023 (State of U.P. Vs. Vivek Kumar Bansal and another) and Criminal Case No. 2392 of 2023 (State of U.P. Vs. Vivek Kumar Bansal) both cases are arising out of Case Crime No. 503 of 2020, under Sections 406, 420 of I.P.C., Police StationPallavpuram, District Meerut, pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate/ Civil Judge (Senior Division)/ Fast Track Court, Meerut shall remain stayed against the applicants.
