Heard Mr. Sushil Kumar Pandey, the learned counsel for applicants and the learned A.G.A. for State.
On the matter being taken up, the learned counsel for applicants submits that applicants do not want to press this application any further. He, therefore contends that present application be dismissed as withdrawn.
Per contra, the learned A.G.A. has no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for applicants.
In view of above, present application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
