Learned counsel for the applicant prays for and is granted three weeks time to file supplementary affidavit annexing certified copy of compromise/original compromise.

Till the next date of listing, further proceedings of Case No. 93 of 2024, arising out of Case Crime No. 257 of 2023, under Sections 406, 420, 504, 506, 34 of I.P.C., P.S. Bhoganipur, District Kanpur Dehat, shall remain stayed against the applicants.
