- Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. He further submits that neither the applicant owns any tractor nor the applicant is concerned with the tractor involved in the case.
- Learned A.G.A. submits that it has come in the statement recorded by the police that the applicant is a habitual offender, and is involved in an illegal mining. Further, he seeks and is granted a week's time to find out the credentials of the applicant as to how many cases are registered against him.
