Present application under Section 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant to quash the order dated 30.7.2024 passed by Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge (POCSO Act), Hapur in case arising out of case crime No. 609 of 2023, under Sections 294, 354, 376(3), 506, I.P.C. and Section 5-L/6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, Police Station Hapur Nagar, District Hapur, whereby the Protest Petition has been dismissed.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
