Till the next date of listing proceedings of Case No. 3729 of 2023 (State Vs. Satbir Bansal and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 210 of 2020, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 506, 504, 120-B of I.P.C., Police Station- Kasna, District Gautam Buddha Nagar, pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division)/ F.T.C.-2, Gautam Buddha Nagar shall remain stayed against the applicants.
