Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that parties settled their dispute arising out of offence punishable under Sections 323, 504, of I.P.C. It is further submitted that parties also settled their dispute with regard to another case of Case Crime No. 135 of 2023, for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 504, 506, 325 of I.P.C. which was lodged by the applicants side.
Learned counsel for the applicants prays for and is granted three weeks time to file supplementary affidavit annexing the original compromise.
Put up this case as fresh on 08.04.2025.
Till the next date of listing proceedings of Criminal Case No. 19573 of 2022 (State Vs. Umakant Pathak and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 187 of 2022, under Sections 323, 504 of I.P.C., Police Station- Biwar, District Hamirpur, pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hamirpur shall remain stayed against the applicants.
