Heard Sri Sudhanshu Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Rajeev Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash the order dated 24.05.2024 passed in Criminal Case No . 185 of 2023 (Smt. Seema and others Vs. Shafakat) under Section 12 of the D.V. Act, Police Station- Bachhrau, District- Amroha, pending in the Court of Nyayadhikari Gram Court, Dhanaura, District- Amroha.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant wants to pay the amount in pursuance of the order dated 24.05.2024, but due to poor financial condition, he is unable to pay the entire amount immediately.

Considering the aforesaid request made by learned counsel for the applicant, the present application is disposed of with direction to the applicant that he will deposit a sum of Rs. 30,000/- within a period of two weeks from today and thereafter the remaining amount of Rs. 30,000/- will be deposited by him in next one month.

It is further provided that in case the applicant deposit a sum of Rs. 30,000/- within two weeks from today, then the recovery warrant issued in pursuance of the order dated 24.05.2024 shall remain stayed for the next one month to enable the applicant to deposit the remaining amount of Rs. 30,000/-.
